I recently purchased a used vehicle from Lugoff Ford. The sales person, Austin was super professional. He kept me posted throughout the transaction as I was coming from NC to purchase a vehicle and there was an issue to be corrected prior to the sale. There was no pressure and not really any haggling to be done with the sales manager. The car was fully detailed when I arrived to pick it up. There was a very noticeable mark in the leather seat that Austin took upon himself to resolve. He even helped me get familiar with the car and it's options even though it wasn't a Ford. He was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Definitely the best car buying experience I ever had. I was in and out super quick which was important as I was traveling over 2 hours to purchase the car. Seriously worth the ride!
