I am so thankful for Lugoff Ford! They diagnosed my truck's ECM problem in less than four hours, acquired the part the next day, and then fixed it the day after! I took my truck to Lugoff after my local Ford dealer in Sumter kept my truck for six days with an insufficient diagnosis and solution. Customer service at Lugoff was amazing...my service advisor Rachel was so professional and kept me expertly updated throughout my experience at this location. After a terrible experience at another local dealer, I stopped by Lugoff Ford to look at a car similar to one I was interested in. I was met by Angela and she was helpful I with everything I needed. They were able to get the exact car I wanted from another dealer in another state overnight and we agreed on the deal over the phone. Joseph is the sales manager and is truly a man of his word. Best experience I have had at a dealer in many years.

Customer service is great the pic of cars is not so great and then you have to wait for the salesman to go get the car and bring it to you that's not good at all things can move much faster if the customer and sells me go to the car so first visual of the car can be a yes or no not waiting for someone to bring you a no for you to tell him no or yes
They went over and beyond to identify the issue with my vehicle. Found that the issue was covered by a recall and completed the repair. They could have easily repaired it and simply charged me without checking for the recall. Thank you for attention to detail and doing above and beyond.
